These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Leories Games website, mobile games, and related features and services.
By accessing, downloading, installing, or using a covered service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable website, game, feature, or service.
Our Privacy Policy explains data practices and is separate from these user obligations and contractual rules.
Some Leories Games products have additional product-specific terms. For secondshed, please see the secondshed Terms of Service for terms specific to that app.
You may use the Services only if you can lawfully enter into these Terms. Product, platform, regional, and applicable-law requirements may impose additional eligibility conditions.
Some Services may not require an account. Where a Game or feature does offer an account, you are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping access credentials confidential, and all activity through that account. Notify us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.
Subject to these Terms, Leories Games grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for your own lawful, non-commercial entertainment.
This license does not transfer ownership of any Service, Content, software, or intellectual property. All rights not expressly granted remain reserved by Leories Games and its licensors.
The Services and Content are owned by or licensed to Leories Gamesand are protected by intellectual-property and other laws. This includes software, game systems, characters, vehicles, levels, artwork, animation, music, sound, logos, trademarks, text, interfaces, and promotional materials.
Except where applicable law permits otherwise or we give written permission, you may not copy, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, extract, or commercially exploit the Services or Content, or remove proprietary notices.

Some games may display advertisements, including advertisements supplied by third parties. Leories Games does not control every third-party advertisement, its availability, content, timing, targeting, or destination.
Your interaction with an advertiser or advertised product is between you and that advertiser. Review the advertiser's own terms and privacy policy before providing information, installing software, or making a purchase.
Some games may offer an optional in-game benefit for completing a rewarded advertisement. A reward may fail to appear or may be delayed if an ad is unavailable, does not load, is closed early, completion is not confirmed, connectivity fails, or a technical or fraud-prevention check is triggered.
Rewards may change or be removed because of technical issues, fraud or abuse, advertising-provider decisions, or changes to the relevant Game. We do not promise that rewarded advertisements or related rewards will always be available.
Some games may offer optional consumable in-app purchases through Apple App Store or Google Play. The applicable store processes payment, and each purchase is subject to the store's terms and policies. RevenueCat may support the purchase flow and related transaction confirmation.
Consumable purchases are used within the relevant Game and are not subscriptions. They do not create recurring charges or ongoing access unless a specific Game expressly states otherwise. Availability, pricing, purchase confirmation, and delivery may depend on the Game, store, RevenueCat, device, region, and connectivity.
Refunds, billing disputes, and store-account matters are handled under the applicable store's rules. Leories Gamesdoes not control the store's billing decisions. A purchase may fail, be delayed, or not be delivered if the store or provider cannot confirm it or if fraud or technical checks apply.
Some Games may include virtual currency, scores, unlocks, upgrades, cosmetics, fuel, rewards, or other virtual items. Unless expressly stated otherwise, virtual items have no cash or monetary value, are licensed rather than sold, cannot be exchanged for money or property, and cannot be transferred outside the relevant Game.
We may change, limit, correct, or remove virtual items, balances, reward amounts, or related game systems when reasonably necessary to operate, secure, balance, or update a Game.
We may release patches, updates, bug fixes, compatibility changes, balance changes, or new Content. An update may be required to continue using a Game or feature.
We may modify, suspend, remove, or discontinue a Service, Game, feature, advertisement placement, or virtual item at any time, subject to applicable law. We are not required to maintain a particular feature or version indefinitely.
The Services may depend on third-party services, including advertising services, RevenueCat, native app-store billing services, hosting and infrastructure providers, device operating systems, app stores, and external websites.
Those services are governed by their own terms, policies, technical requirements, and availability. You are responsible for complying with the applicable app-store and device requirements. We do not control third-party content, service outages, store decisions, or transactions conducted directly with third parties.
If you send suggestions, ideas, comments, bug reports, or other feedback, you grant Leories Games a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, adapt, and apply that feedback without payment or obligation. Do not send confidential information through general support communications.
Access to the Services depends on compatible hardware, operating systems, software, network access, and third-party availability. You are responsible for your device, internet connection, and any carrier or other access charges.
We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device or operating-system version, or free of bugs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services and Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Leories Gamesdisclaims express, implied, and statutory warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, and error-free operation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leories Games and its owners, developers, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or connected with your use of, or inability to use, the Services, including issues involving third-party services, advertisements, device compatibility, interruptions, or changes to a Game.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or deliberate misconduct.
To the extent legally appropriate and permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leories Gamesand its owners, developers, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs resulting from your unlawful use of the Services, material violation of these Terms, infringement of another person's rights, or fraudulent manipulation of advertising or rewards. This section does not apply where prohibited by consumer-protection law.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to a Service, Game, account, or feature where reasonably necessary because of a Terms violation, fraud, cheating, abuse, invalid advertising activity, security or technical risk, legal requirement, third-party platform requirement, or discontinuation.
On termination, your license to use the affected Services ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnity, and dispute provisions, remain effective.
Leories Games is a trading name used by VIKRAMADITYA SURESH DHUMAL, an individual based in India.
These Terms are subject to applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or prevents you from bringing a claim under protections available in your place of residence.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, features, providers, security practices, business practices, or legal requirements. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Where permitted by law, continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms; if you do not agree, stop using the affected Services.
If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly provided for a particular Service, are the entire agreement concerning your use of the Services, unless a separate written agreement applies.
