These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of secondshed, the gamified wellness and fitness companion app published byLeories Games, including its plans, tasks, progress features, notifications, account features, and subscription access.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using secondshed, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These Terms are separate from the secondshed Privacy Policy, which explains data practices.
Leories Games is a trading name used by VIKRAMADITYA SURESH DHUMAL, an individual based in India. In these Terms, “Leories Games,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to that individual operating under theLeories Games trading name.
You may use secondshed only if you can lawfully enter into these Terms and are permitted to use the app under the laws that apply to you. You are responsible for the device, network connection, and account needed to use the app.
secondshed uses Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication. Keep your account access secure, provide accurate information, and promptly contact us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity through your account, subject to applicable law.
Subject to these Terms, Leories Games grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use secondshed for your own lawful, non-commercial purposes.
secondshed, including its software, interface, design, text, artwork, exercise content, plans, branding, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Leories Games and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except where applicable law permits otherwise, do not copy, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, modify, adapt, reverse engineer, extract, or commercially exploit the app or its content.
secondshed turns movement, everyday wellbeing, and personal intentions into small quests, personalized plans, progress tracking, reminders, XP, streaks, achievements, and events. It is a gamified wellness and fitness companion, not a substitute for qualified professional advice.
You are responsible for deciding whether an activity is appropriate for you and for using the app safely. Stop an activity and seek appropriate help if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or another concerning symptom.
secondshed may use information you provide to generate plans and exercise guidance suited to your selected experience, focus, schedule, intensity, and session duration. Plans and guidance are general suggestions and may be incomplete, inaccurate, unsuitable, or unavailable.
secondshed is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. It does not diagnose or treat a condition and is not a replacement for a doctor, physiotherapist, qualified trainer, or emergency service. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing exercise, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, pregnancy, or other health concern. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
You may create personal tasks for use in secondshed. You retain responsibility for the content you enter and for ensuring that it is lawful, accurate, and safe.

We may remove content or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or third parties, subject to applicable law.
XP, levels, plans, tasks, completion state, streaks, achievements, event progress, water goals, and other progress features are informational and motivational features. They have no cash or monetary value, cannot be redeemed for money or property, and do not create a prize, employment, financial, or other entitlement. We may change, correct, reset, limit, or remove them as needed to operate, secure, update, or improve secondshed.
secondshed currently provides a 14-day free trial where the applicable app-store offering makes that trial available. After the trial, continued access may require a paid subscription. The price, billing period, trial eligibility, and other purchase details shown by Apple App Store or Google Play at the time of purchase apply to that transaction.
RevenueCat helps secondshed manage subscription records and entitlement checks. Payment is processed by the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play billing system, not directly by Leories Games. RevenueCat may associate subscription status with an anonymous or account-linked app user identifier so access can be restored or checked where the app supports those functions. Subscriptions generally renew automatically unless you cancel through the relevant store before the next renewal date. Follow the store's instructions to manage or cancel a subscription.
Refunds, billing disputes, taxes, payment methods, and store account issues are handled under the applicable store's rules and processes. Leories Gamesdoes not control the store's billing decision.
RevenueCat may synchronize an entitlement associated with your app or store account when secondshed refreshes subscription status. If a store or app version provides a restore-purchases control, use that store-supported process. Restoration is subject to the store, RevenueCat, account identity, and purchase records.
You may request deletion through the in-app account-deletion flow. Deleting your secondshed account does not itself cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel store billing through the relevant store before deleting your account. An active entitlement may prevent the in-app deletion flow from proceeding until it is managed or canceled.
secondshed depends on compatible devices, operating systems, internet access, authentication and backend services, RevenueCat, Apple App Store, Google Play, and other technical systems. Those services may be changed, interrupted, restricted, or discontinued, and their own terms and policies apply to your use of them.
We may release updates, change features, modify plans or content, suspend access, or discontinue secondshed or a feature, subject to applicable law. We do not promise that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or free of bugs.
You may stop using secondshed at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to secondshed or an account where reasonably necessary because of a violation of these Terms, fraud, abuse, a security or technical risk, a legal requirement, a third-party platform requirement, or discontinuation. On termination, the license granted under these Terms ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive, including intellectual-property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions, remain effective.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, secondshed and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Leories Gamesdisclaims express, implied, and statutory warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, security, and error-free operation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leories Games and its owners, developers, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or connected with your use of, or inability to use, secondshed, including issues involving exercise guidance, third-party services, device compatibility, interruptions, or subscription processing. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or deliberate misconduct.

These Terms are subject to applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or prevents you from bringing a claim under protections available in your place of residence.
We may update these Terms when secondshed, its features, providers, business practices, or legal requirements change. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Where permitted by law, continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using secondshed.
If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
These Terms, together with the secondshed Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement concerning your use of secondshed unless a separate written agreement applies.
